  • Non-payment: Failure to pay import fees may result in product confiscation or return by customs. No refunds will be issued in such cases, and any associated return shipping or customs fees will be your responsibility.
  • Assistance: For customs procedures or import regulations, contact your local customs authorities or seek professional advice.

International Orders:

  • Damaged/Missing Items: In case of damage or missing items, contact us within 5 business days of delivery at business@uvumbra.comto initiate an insurance claim. Retain the shipping box for potential inspection.
  • Non-Receipt: If you don't receive your item, we must wait 45 days from the shipment date before initiating an insurance claim.

General Return Policy

  • Qualifying Items: Items must be unused, in original condition, and have intact packaging. Receipts are required.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (excluding our error) are not refundable.
  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns require an RMA from UVUmbra. Refer to our website for details on obtaining an RMA. Certain items may have limited return windows.
  • Condition of Returned Merchandise: All purchases, accessories, serial-numbered security tags (if provided), and packaging materials must be in new condition to avoid refused returns or restocking fees (10-25% for used/damaged items).

Refunds

  • Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, you will be notified via email of approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within a specific timeframe.

Change-of-Mind Purchases

  • Processing Fee: A 2.9% processing fee will be deducted from your refund for change-of-mind purchases on non-shipped items.

Late or Missing Refunds

Special Orders

Exchanges
